Selfcare Sunday Relaxation Finds 10/13/19

Do ya'll remember when I talked about Self care Sunday a couple weeks ago? Well i'm back with some more self care ! The past week I have been listening to..... this zen relaxation Playlist album on spotify. I even listened to it while doing some skin care and relaxing on sunday after the longest day at work. It literally felt so amazing. The music just takes you away after a while to that place where you forget all your worries and everything.
